If you just paid for a Personal Channel, by now you should have received an email with the subject Personal Channel Request. Please reply to that email and answer the three questions, and I will get back to you as soon as I can to work out a time that works for both of us.

Either way, I will respond as soon as I can. Usually that’s within a few hours, but with time zone differences and other factors it can sometimes take a couple days.
